Sandkuhl has access to many different clays and raw materials which can be formulated to achieve special colors or physical properties for a particular product such as heat resistance, thermal shock resistance, low water absorption, physical strength, etc. Thermal Shock Resistant Materials Clay formulas in porcelain and mullite are available to manufacture a wide variety of products which can tolerate thermal shock and high heat environments.
